USE
USE OF INSTRUCTION
Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, and loose particles before
application.
Application:
Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to achieve the desired bead size. Apply MT-30 using a standard
caulking gun, pressing firmly into cracks and seams.
Tooling:
Smooth the bead immediately using a caulking tool or a wet finger to ensure full contact
with the surface.
Curing Time:
Allow the sealer to cure fully. An initial skin forms within approximately 30 minutes under
normal conditions, while full curing may take 24–48 hours depending on temperature and
humidity.
Cleanup:
Wipe off excess material before it cures. Use a suitable solvent for cleaning tools.
