Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, oil, and other contaminants. Pressure
washing is recommended for best results.
Application Method:
MT-10 can be applied using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush. Apply evenly and fully
saturate the surface, allowing the sealer to soak in.
Dry Time:
The surface becomes water-resistant within a few hours. Full curing typically occurs within
24–48 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Reapplication:
In high-traffic or high-exposure areas, reapplication is recommended every 5 years. On
static surfaces, a single application provides long-term protection.
Cleanup:
Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with soap and water or a suitable solvent
before the product cures.
